Marangon MDN210 Disc Mower 7ft/2.1m is a lateral mower carried and coupled to the tractor with 3-point hitch, first and second category.
With a new aesthetic and reinforced structure, the Marangon MDN210 Disc Mower has been developed to tackle increasingly demanding working conditions dictated by increasingly larger surfaces to be mowed and shorter processing times, to the full advantage of productivity.
The primary transmission takes place via four SPBX toothed belts while the secondary transmission takes place via oil bath gears. The minimum power absorption at the PTO makes the MDN model applicable even to low-power tractors.
The cutting adjustment is done via the third point of the tractor which allows the angle of the mowing unit to be varied. The mower is equipped with a spring shock absorber that acts on the entire cutting bar, allowing for optimal set-up based on ground conditions and the possibility of working with a negative angle of 45°.
The safety pivot point is located in the rudder axis and allows it to move back adequeately in the event of a collision with obstacles. The parallel kinematic lifting system allows the mower to be maneuvered during work phases with the lifting piston without the skid touching the ground. A single-acting cylinder allows the mower to be positioned vertically for road transport and to save space when stored.
A windrow tightening kit with circular conveyor and a disc with cone on the right side (direction of travel) are included as standard.
